Your custom airbrushed clothing is a work of art, and we want to make sure it lasts for years to come.
If you’ve had your custom airbrushed clothing painted at a private event, you’ll need to set the artwork to help it last. Here’s how:
- To set the artwork:
- Clothes dryer. Set on high heat for 15-30 minutes.
- Iron. Use parchment paper and set the iron to high heat (300℉+). Press down on the artwork for at least 10 seconds, then lift the iron, move it, and press again.
- If your item was picked up or shipped from our studio, it already comes heat sealed and doesn’t need to be set.
Follow these simple steps to keep your items looking their best:
- Wash and dry your items inside-out to help protect the vibrant airbrushed designs.
- Use cold water and a mild detergent to help keep the colors from fading.
- DO NOT use bleach or whitening products, as this can damage the artwork.
- To dry, we recommend hanging your items to dry if possible. If using a dryer, tumble dry inside-out on low heat for 15-30 minutes.
